The minutes are accessible via the webpage when an EA/PA nominated by the member Council General Manager who has given approval for them to register i.e. to set up the delegates access in consultation with Executive Officer and webpage managers to enable delegates to access the minutes. If not currently able to access to contact the Executive Officer to set this up for member Councils. Note that minutes for the Executive Committee and Ordinary Meeting are forwarded to delegates prior to every meeting for confirmation at the subsequent quarterly meeting. Same applies for Annual General and Special meetings.
